Our consultations are free and this complimentary
consultation includes a complete analysis of your hair, scalp condition, hair texture, etc.  
The time allocated for a consultation is usually
approximately fifteen minutes.
All clients that have not had a colour service in any of our salons before
are recommended to have a skin allergy patch test done 24 hours before any colour appointment.

Re-booking discount

10% or 20% re-book offer is applicable depending how busy time you wish to come back. 
To take advantage of this offer you are required to book your next appointment before you leave the salon on the previous appointment.
Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours will
forfeit any discount applied.


If you are unsatisfied with any service, we require that you call us within 48 hours of your appointment.
No refunds or alternative services will be offered before your hair is fully assessed by a salon manager or supervisor.
Retail products will only be refunded if un-opened and in original packaging with a purchase receipt
or if there is a fault with the product.

Express Services

All Colour Bar appointments are on a first come first serve basis. You must have received a skin test prior to your appointment.
Individual Stylists cannot be requested or booked
for any Colour Bar service.
For the blow dry area only hair dryers and product will be provided, therefore please feel free to bring along your own brushes.

Beauty terms and conditions

A skin patch test is required for all tinting services
and eye lash perms.

Cancellation Policy

Please give 24 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel or re arrange your appointment, failure to give this notice will result in a 100% of the service cancellation fee. If you do not arrive for your appointment without giving us any notice you will be charged 100% cancellation fee and unfortunately we will be unable to offer you any future appointments without pre-payment. We regret that in some cases that it may be necessary to treat appointments as cancelled for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late. Please be aware that arriving late will reduce your treatment time. Repeated appointment cancellation will require pre-payment for all future appointments.

Our price structure is tiered accordingly to our stylists experience.

Text marketing offers

Discounts or offers apply to selected services only . Only one text offer can be used during the offer period. Offer will only be available of selected days
and with selected stylists and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.  
All offers and discounts are subject to availability.

Being late in the salon

If you are more than 15 minutes late we may have to ask you to re-schedule your appointment or offer an alternative service or day for your appointment.

Hair service other conditions

Extra charges for long hair, extra services and time
are at the discretion of your stylist. 
You will be informed of any extra charges before the stylist begins this service.
Our price for colour services does not include any finish services. (i.e.: blow dry or cut & blow dry).
Extra charges for partial colouring or extra services by quotation and your stylist discretion. 
You will be informed of any extra charges before this service is performed.
Extra charges for long hair or extra time are at the discretion of your stylist.

Recommend a friend

Recommend a friend applies to friends of existing clients who have not visited Muse of London.

Pre-paid appointments
and deposits

We are now taking a 50% deposit with new client bookings. This follows a significant increase in no shows and last minute cancellations, which have unfairly prevented other customers from booking in while directly effecting our self-employed stylists earnings. Deposits can be paid by card over the booking system (https://salonbookings.saloniq.co.uk/Login/Index/MUS001) by card, by cash or card in the salon or over the phone and will be payable on booking. Money pre-paid will of course come off the final bill.
